As an innovator in the in-house legal sphere, Juno had a great story to tell... but they had trouble articulating it – from their promotional channels, through to simple sales or networking conversations.

Our challenge was to define Juno’s ‘Brand Story’ – in a way that was simple, flexible, distinctive, and relevant to their audience of senior managers / business owners. We needed to ensure that the core story didn’t need an executional campaign to explain it. It had to stand up in simple organic channels – such as business-as-usual communications, Juno’s website and social media, or even a BBQ conversation.

They were also a team of senior, highly-experienced ‘blue-chip’ practitioners – not a cheeky start-up. So we had to balance an innovative tone with a measured business conversation around their unique service model, and the benefits of this to clients. And with the CVs of Juno Lawyers a key part of their difference and appeal – our approach had to lend itself to promoting specific individuals as well as the overall practice.
